The Roller Shutter Machine is purpose-built for the efficient production of galvanized, pre-painted, or stainless steel shutter slats, widely used in commercial storefronts, industrial warehouses, and residential garage doors. This machine offers a perfect balance between speed, flexibility, and form consistency, meeting the evolving demands of today’s security and architectural needs.

From traditional curved slats to flat and perforated profiles, the machine supports a wide range of roller shutter patterns. By simply replacing forming rollers or adjusting spacers, operators can shift between multiple panel types—enabling mass customization with minimal setup time.

The forming unit is mounted on a high-precision welded steel frame, treated with stress-relief processes to ensure mechanical stability. Each roller station is CNC-machined for uniform pressure distribution, resulting in quiet operation and high-dimensional accuracy for every shutter slat.

Powered by a PLC-controlled system with touch screen interface, the machine allows for fully automated operation—integrating material feeding, forming, cutting, and length control in one streamlined process. Operators can adjust slat length, batch quantity, and cutting mode with just a few taps.

To suit different factory layouts and budgets, optional devices like punching stations for ventilation slots, polyurethane foam filling units, or inline embossing rollers can be seamlessly integrated into the production line.

Compatible with galvanized, aluminum, and color steel coils (0.3–1.2 mm)
Supports multiple roller shutter designs: curved, flat, perforated, etc.
Output speed up to 10–18 meters/min depending on slat type
Quick-change roller system for fast profile switching
Heavy-duty hydraulic or servo-driven cutting system
Optional online punching, embossing, or insulation filler units
Whether you're serving large-scale commercial projects or custom residential installations, this Roller Shutter Machine empowers your business to produce secure, stylish, and reliable shutter doors—at scale and with consistent quality.
