The purlin products produced by the machine are mainly used in the main structure of large and medium-sized industrial civil buildings, roof bearing and wall plane support.

Automatic CZ purlin production equipment is mainly composed of decoiler, leveling device, punching device, cutting after forming device , hydraulic pump station, computer control system, etc.

The machine can be automatically fixed length cutting, automatic punching, a good degree of automation, quick and easy to use.

This machine is automatic quick change machine. It can produce two profiles, C and Z.  It can quickly change the size and profile, and change the purlin specification in 3 minutes. Purlins of any size can be made without changing the cutting die. Only need to enter the purlin parameters on the PLC control panel, the cutting mold will change according to the purlin size. The CZ interchanger is more economical and practical than a single machine. It can also save more space.
