Instead of operating two separate roll forming lines, the Double Layer Machine integrates two sets of forming rollers—usually for trapezoidal panels and corrugated sheets, or glazed tiles and wall panels. By using an electric or hydraulic shifting system, operators can switch between upper and lower profiles in seconds, without the need for tool change or manual alignment.

Built with a shared machine frame and a vertically stacked roller system, this equipment occupies only half the space of two traditional machines. This compact layout significantly reduces plant footprint while maintaining full-speed production capability—typically up to 15–25 meters per minute per layer.

Each layer is engineered with high-grade 45# steel rollers, CNC-lathed and hard-chrome coated for long wear resistance. The transmission system uses chain drive or gearbox, depending on customer preference, ensuring powerful and synchronized forming even for thicker materials.
