Equipment structure

The structure of the glazed tile pressing machine is complex, mainly composed of five parts: feeding system, forming system, stamping and shearing system, hydraulic system, and electrical control system. Each part works together to complete the production of tile plates.

working principle:

The working process of the glazed tile press is a continuous cold bending forming process, mainly including four stages: feeding, forming, stamping, and shearing.

Firstly, the raw materials (such as color steel plate coils) are placed on the feeding rack, and the sheets are unfolded and fed into the forming machine through the unwinding mechanism. After entering the forming host, the sheet passes through multiple forming rollers in sequence. Under continuous rolling, the originally flat sheet is gradually compressed into a flat plate with a specific cross-sectional shape (commonly known as a "tile blank"). After preliminary roll forming, the flat plate then enters the stamping station. The hydraulic cylinder drives the upper mold to move downward, which cooperates with the fixed lower mold to press the flat plate into a three-dimensional glazed tile shape. Finally, the formed glazed tiles are transported by a conveyor

roller to the cutting station. The control system controls the hydraulic cutting mechanism based on the set length signal to cut the long plate into finished tiles of the specified length.
