The glazed tile pressing machine is a specialized cold bending equipment used for producing color steel antique glazed tiles. Feeding system
The feeding system mainly consists of feeding racks (or uncoiler), which are used to support and transport raw materials in the form of coils. According to the degree of automation of the equipment, the feeding rack can be divided into ordinary feeding rack and hydraulic automatic feeding rack. The ordinary material rack has a simple structure and is suitable for small and medium-sized equipment; The hydraulic automatic feeding rack is equipped with a hydraulic lifting device and a feeding trolley, which can automatically adjust the height according to the usage of the coil and maintain a constant feeding tension, ensuring that the plate is smooth and wrinkle free during high-speed transportation

Forming system
The forming system is the core part of the equipment, mainly composed of forming frames, forming shafts, and forming rollers. The forming frame is usually welded with high-strength H-shaped steel or channel steel, which has sufficient rigidity and strength to ensure that it does not deform during high-speed operation. The formed shaft is treated with 45 # steel quenching and tempering, and the shaft diameter is usually 70mm or larger. The forming roller (mold wheel) is also forged with 45 # steel, and the surface is treated with hard chrome plating, which has high hardness and wear resistance, and can effectively protect the coating on the surface of the plate from scratches

control system
The control system is the "brain" of the equipment, determining the accuracy and degree of automation in production. Modern glazed tile pressing machines commonly use PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control systems, which are operated in conjunction with touch screens or text display screens. This system can achieve automatic length setting, automatic counting, automatic cutting and other functions, and has fault alarm and safety protection functions.
