The machine features 15 forming roller stations and 7 roller leveling stations, enabling accurate shaping and straightening of metal sheets. Constructed from 45# forged steel, the rollers ensure wear resistance and long service life. The 100 mm diameter shaft provides strong support and stability during high-speed operation. Cutting operations are powered by Cr12 cutting tools with a hardness treatment of 60–62°C, ensuring clean and burr-free cuts even on thicker materials.

The machine’s productivity ranges from 6 to 8 meters per minute, making it suitable for high-output production environments. It operates on a 380V, 50Hz, 3-phase electrical system, standard for industrial setups. The total power is 22 + 11 kW, divided between the main forming power and auxiliary systems such as the leveling unit (2.2 kW).

Xinnuo has reinforced the main frame using 14 mm thick steel plates and 300 mm H-beam steel for the machine body to ensure long-term structural rigidity under continuous load. With a total machine weight of approximately 6.9 tons, the unit delivers both durability and stability.
