What sets the CZ Purlin Machine apart is its fully automatic changeover system. With just a few taps on the HMI touch screen, the machine shifts between C and Z purlin modes, adjusting not only width and height but also the punching configuration and cutting angle.

Whether you're producing C80–C300 or Z100–Z300, the transition between sizes or profile types takes less than 3 minutes—no manual spacer adjustment, no gear replacements, and no mechanical disassembly.

Fully Programmable Control & Intelligent Punching

Equipped with a PLC + HMI integrated control panel, the machine provides full automation over feeding, punching, forming, and cutting. Users can pre-set batch quantities, punching patterns, lengths, and purlin types via the touchscreen. The hydraulic punching system can perform multi-hole combinations at precise intervals, all programmable by software.

Each purlin is accurately cut to length by a flying shear system, which ensures continuous operation even during high-speed production—up to 15–18 meters per minute depending on profile size and steel thickness.

Robust Build, Tailored Performance

The entire structure is made from heavy-duty steel plates, and the roll stations are CNC-machined to ensure perfect alignment. Rollers are made of GCr15 or Cr12 material with hard chrome treatment for durability and long life. All hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components are sourced from internationally recognized brands to ensure reliability under continuous operation.

Optional features like automatic stacking, coil decoiler, and output conveyor tables can be added to match specific production demands or integrate with warehouse automation.
