Manual uncoiler is a device for retracting or unwinding the coil material when the metal or non-metal coil material is cold processed.Such as punching, leveling line, slitting line, laser cutting, tile press and other equipment front-end unwinding equipment.

Inner diameter: 460-610mm
Outer diameter: 1600mm
Load capacity: 5 tons
Width: 1250mm
A manual coil unwinding machine is a mechanical device used to unroll coiled materials such as metal sheets, steel coils, aluminum coils, color-coated steel sheets, and cables. Its core characteristic is that the main operation is performed manually, rather than being driven by power sources such as electricity or hydraulics. It is a common basic piece of equipment in fields such as sheet metal processing, hardware stamping, and building materials production.

A typical manual unwinding machine usually consists of the following parts:
Frame: A sturdy steel structure that supports the entire device.
Expanding mandrel: This is the core component, which is inserted into the inner hole of the material roll. By manual adjustment (such as rotating a handle or inserting a key), the mandrel "expands," tightly gripping the inner wall of the material roll, thus driving the roll to rotate.
Crank/Handwheel: Used to manually rotate the mandrel and unwind the material.
Adjustable guide arms: Located on both sides of the mandrel, these can be adjusted according to the width of the material roll to ensure that the material does not shift sideways during unwinding.
Braking device: Usually a simple manual friction brake or ratchet mechanism, used to stop the rotation of the material roll when needed, preventing excessive loosening of the material due to inertia and ensuring safe operation.
