Our factory uses a 12-meter-long large-scale gantry milling machine to process the main frame of the machine, ensuring high flatness and good levelness, with a machining accuracy up to 0.05mm.

A large shot blasting machine with six-sided shot blasting treatment is used for rust removal, enhancing the adhesion between the paint film and the steel, and extending the service life.

The rubber roller base is uniformly welded to the main frame. With our 12-meter large-scale gantry milling machine, the levelness of the rubber roller is ensured. And even after installing the rubber roller, our technicians also perform a line testing process to fully guarantee the flatness of the finished panels.
